Customer Conduct Policy:

  • At Mumia, we believe in creating a space built on respect, kindness, and mutual understanding. As a women-led brand, we value positive and respectful relationships with every customer.

We kindly ask that all communication with our team remains respectful. Any form of abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Mumia reserves the right to decline or refuse future orders from customers who do not uphold these standards.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Mumia website, including images, text, logos, graphics, and designs, belongs to Mumia or its licensors and is protected by law.

You may not copy, use, or share any of our content without prior written permission from Mumia.

Cancellation Policy:

All Mumia pieces are made to order using your selected design, fabric, and measurements.

Because each piece is made especially for you, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If a selected fabric or material becomes unavailable, Mumia may cancel the order. In this case, we will contact you to:

  • Offer a suitable alternative fabric or design, or

  • Cancel the order and provide a full refund if no suitable alternative is agreed upon.

Deposits & Payments:

  • During Events, Pop-ups, or Exhibitions, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is shipped or delivered. No delivery will be made unless full payment has been received. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in order cancellation without refund of the deposit.
